Terraced two-bay single-storey house over basement, built c. 1880, as one of terrace of three. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, hidden behind red brick parapet having cut granite coping and red brick cornice with corbelled brick stringcourse. Brown brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Red brick, laid in Flemish bond, to walls. Granite plinth course over lined-and-ruled rendered basement wall. Square-headed window openings having rendered reveals and granite sills, six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Elliptical-headed door opening with moulded render surround. Doorcase comprising panelled pilasters and fluted consoles supporting carved cornice, teardrop fanlight. Timber panelled door with brass fittings. Granite platform and steps with cast-iron railings. Square-headed door opening to basement having timber door. Cast-iron gate and matching railings on cut granite plinth wall to front.
