Freestanding memorial, made 1925, comprising seat of Kilkenny limestone, with sand-blasted finish and inscription to seat back reading 'In Remembrance of Anna Maria 1829-1922 and Thomas Haslam 1825-1917. This seat is erected in honour of their long years of public service chiefly devoted to the enfranchisement of women'. Closed shouldered arms with moulded tops, festoons to front edge. Seat fixed to concrete plinth, flush with recent tarmacadam surfacing. Freestanding metal signage panel to south also contains inscription as worded above. Facing west, inset within central parterre of Saint Stephen's Green.
