Freestanding cast-iron water hydrant, erected c.1890, now disused. Comprising fluted domed cap and acorn finial, moulded neck with knob handle and lion's head spout, and fluted shaft on moulded base. Maker's insignia to shaft: ‘GLENFIELD / & KENNEDY/ KILMARNOCK’.
