Now disused. Hipped artificial slate roof. Red brick chimneystack. Metal vents to roof apex. Red brick walls laid in English bond, header bond to porch to east. Square-headed window openings having cut granite sills. Some one-over-one timber sash windows and timber casement windows having external security grilles. Timber-framed strip window to entrance porch. Square-headed door opening having half-glazed timber door. Square-headed door opening to east porch having recent metal doors.
