End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey former house with basement, built c.1865, now in use as flats. Pitched natural slate roof, with angled ridge tiles, unpainted rendered gable chimneystack, painted rendered blocking course over dentil cornice, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Flemish-bonded red brick walling with straight-channelled strip quoins, rendered walling to basement. Square-headed window openings, with rounded reveals, gauged brick voussoirs, granite sills, replacement timber one-over-one pane horned sliding sash windows throughout. Elliptical-headed door opening with two-stage rebated rounded brick surround. Original four-panel bolection-moulded timber door with original furniture, flanked by panelled pilasters with foliate console brackets, lintel cornice and plain fanlight. Paved enclosure to front, with cast-iron railing to basement well, path leading to original cast-iron gate and railing set on painted granite plinth, terminated by a rendered panelled pier with corniced cap.
