Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, with two-storey return parallel to rear. Pitched natural slate roof, with brick chimneystack shared down party wall and having four replacement pots, and one rendered chimneystack with two replacement pots. Replacement uPVC gutter with cast-iron downpipe and hopper. Wet dash walling. Square-headed window openings with plain reveals containing six-over-six pane horned timber sliding sash windows and stone sills. Round-headed door opening with with pole-moulded stucco reveal. Plain glazed overlight to panelled lintel cornice supported on foliate console brackets over panelled pilasters. Four panelled bolection moulded timber door with brass furniture. Ornate cast iron gate piers with original gate and cast-iron railings on plinth wall. Stone mono-pitched shed in rear courtyard. Stone wall to rear with semi-engaged gate pier. Set back from busy main road east of Chapelizod village.
