Detached octagonal-plan single-storey kiosk, built 1895, with single-storey extension to rear. Now in use as cafe. Octagonal-plan hipped terracotta tiled roof surmounted by copper ball finial and decorative terracotta air vent to each pitch. Moulded metal guttering to boarded overhanging eaves and metal downpipe. Painted rendered walls to each elevation framed by slender render pilasters with neck mouldings and dentillated capitals. Full-span frieze and dentillated cornice below eaves. Four elevations have full-span windows set in depressed-arch frames and fixed multiple-pane timber windows with top-hung over-lights. South-facing elevation has square-headed door opening with double-leaf timber panelled doors having glazed upper panels. Flanked by multiple-pane windows and surmounted by timber fascia with painted lettering. Door opens onto terrazzo step to tarmac seating area enclosed by wrought-iron railings on octagonal plan with matching gates. Interior has timber sheeted ceiling, linoleum covered floor and central octagonal serving counter.
