Figurative bronze sculpture, erected 1982, by Oisín Kelly. Bronze male nude figure on stylized chariot with two galloping horses surrounded by geysers and set in rectangular basin with brown brick parapet and reconstituted coping. Basin set within forecourt of Irish Life Centre, facing onto Lower Abbey Street.
