What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay three-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1840, now in commercial use. Pitched slate roof with shared brown brick chimneystacks, terracotta chimneypots to east chimneystack and square-headed dormer windows to front (south) elevation, behind brown brick parapet wall with masonry coping. Brown brick wall laid in Flemish bond to upper floors. Gauged brick square-headed window openings with masonry sills, painted render reveals and single-pane timber sliding sash windows. Recent shopfront to ground floor comprising timber engaged pilasters, on plinth bases, supporting timber consoles and fascia over square-headed glazed door and window openings. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door to west of shopfront.
