Detached five-bay single-storey farmhouse, built c.1800, having flat-roofed windbreak entrance to front (south-east) elevation. Road end bay is outbuilding, with loft above. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with concrete copings, and yellow and red brick chimneystacks. Whitewashed rendered and rubble stone walls. Square-headed window openings having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and painted sills. Square-headed door opening. House forms north-west range of yard, with two-storey outbuilding to south-west, having concrete block external staircase to south-east gable, and single-storey outbuilding to north-east. Pitched corrugated-iron roofs, whitewashed rubble stone walls, square-headed openings with timber battened fittings. Carriage arch to north-west gable of south-west range, having red brick voussoirs. Rubble stone boundary wall with rubble stone piers, both with render capping, to south-east boundary.
