Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830. Hipped slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods and paired red brick chimneystacks. Exposed rubble limestone walls. Square-headed window openings with red brick surrounds and stone sills, with eight-over-eight pane timber sliding sash windows. Elliptical-headed doorway with cobweb fanlight, geometrically glazed sidelights and timber panelled door. Outbuildings to rear. Wrought-iron double-leaf gate to road entrance supported on cast-iron piers.
