Four-bay single-storey house with attic, built c.1850, having gabled windbreak to front (east) elevation, and lean-to shed to north gable. Formerly also in use as post office, now in use as outbuilding. Pitched corrugated-iron roof. Pitched slate roof to porch, having carved timber bargeboards. Smooth rendered walls to front elevation, roughcast rendered walls to side and rear elevations. Square-headed window openings with replacement uPVC windows, and painted masonry sills.
