Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1930, having two-bay side elevations, canted bay windows to ground floor front (south-east) elevation, and single-storey lean-to extension to rear. Hipped slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, paired timber corbels to eaves, yellow brick chimneystacks with moulded render cornices, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Hipped roofs to bay windows. Wet-dash rendered walls with render quoins and with sill course to first floor and render plinth and to sill course of bay windows. Square-headed window openings throughout, with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front and side elevations, tripartite over entrance bay with moulded mullions. Square-headed door opening with over-light and replacement timber door, opening onto render platform with diminishing render step. Set in own grounds, with mature planting and with site entrance to south-east, having steel double-leaf gate, square-plan moulded concrete block piers and moulded concrete block curved flanking walls.
