Detached three-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, built c.1820, having gablet over entrance bay dormer window to front (north) elevation, with two-bay two-storey return to rear elevation, with full-width single-storey lean-to addition to south gable of this. Pitched tiled roofs, red brick chimneystacks, and paired timber corbels to eaves. Roughcast rendered walls with tooled stone quoins. Square-headed window openings with tooled stone sills, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to west elevation, replacement uPVC windows elsewhere. Round-headed window opening to front dormer, having replacement uPVC window and tooled stone sill. Elliptical-headed door opening having timber panelled door with cobweb fanlight and with geometric glazing to sidelights, latter with stone sills. Yard to rear comprising multiple-bay single-storey outbuilding to south range, single-bay single-storey outbuilding to south-west corner, and two-storey multiple-bay outbuilding to east range, with pitched corrugated metal roofs, whitewashed rubble stone walls, square-headed, round-headed, and camber-headed openings with some timber battened fittings and some double-leaf timber battened doors. Set in own grounds, having recent gates to site entrance.
