Detached three-bay single-storey outbuilding, built c.1820, having single-bay lower single-storey lean-to addition to north gable. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered barge to south gable. Rubble stone walls, painted to front (east) elevation. Square-headed unglazed window opening with concrete lintel and sill. Square-headed carriage opening with corrugated-iron double-leaf door, and square-headed door opening with timber battened door. Square-headed door opening to rear elevation, having timber battened door. Rendered piers and wrought-iron gates to north of building. Set back from road, opposite former coaching house.
