Cast-iron wall-mounted post box, manufactured c.1905, set in red brick square-plan gate pier with pointed rendered cap. Rectangular moulded frame with single hooded aperture. Crown and monogram of King Edward VII to top, 'Post Office' to letter slot hood, and foundry name under side-hung door. Set on rural country road.
