Detached T-plan three-bay two-storey parochial house, built c.1890, now in use as private residence, having single-bay return to rear of rear return, lean-to porch to front re-entrant angle, and two-bay two-storey and one-bay single-storey additions to rear re-entrant angle. Pitched slate roof, gabled to east, west and south, and lean-to corrugated-iron to smaller addition. Yellow brick chimneystacks to north and south gable ends, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered and painted walls, with smooth rendered plinth course. Canted bay window to east gable. Square-headed window openings with painted stone sills and replacement uPVC windows throughout. Square-headed window and door openings to porch having replacement fittings. Two-bay two-storey outbuilding to north-east of house, having single-storey lean-to roofed projections to north and west elevations, pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, harl-rendered walls, square-headed window openings with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to east elevation, square-headed door openings having single-leaf timber battened doors to first and ground floors to south elevation, double-leaf timber battened door and half-glazed timber panelled door to ground floor east elevation. First floor door approached by timber stairs. Site demarcated by boundary wall with rendered gate piers to east of house at junction with main road, located to north of Saint Patrick's Catholic Church.
