Detached single-storey corrugated-iron hall, built c.1930, comprising three-bay block, with second block to north gable end and flush with same and presenting gable-fronts to long elevations that to west being three-bay and that to east two-bay, and with lower lean-to additions to south-west and south-east corners. Now disused. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with decoratively carved timber bargeboards to gables with pinnacles and finials, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Corrugated-iron sheeted walls on concrete foundations. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two pane horned timber sliding sash windows with timber sills. Square-headed door openings with battened timber doors. Set within grounds of former Fair Field country house. Gateway and gate lodge immediately to north.
