Detached three-bay two-storey former manse, built c.1850, with two-storey additions to rear. Pitched slate roof with grey clayware ridge tiles, red brick chimneystacks, and cast-iron profile rainwater goods. Coursed limestone rubble walls with ashlar sandstone rusticated block-and-start quoins, with sandstone brackets at eaves and continuing course of brackets to gables. Sections of red brick walling to chimney flues to gables. Square-headed window openings with patent margins, red brick block-and-start surrounds and voussoirs, stone sills, and horned timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two horizontal pane to first floor, margined one-over-one pane to ground floor, eight-over-eight pane to south gable, and replacement windows to rear. Square-headed door opening with red brick block-and-start surround and voussoirs, and timber panelled door with overlight. Set within own grounds with garden to front having flagstone pathway to gate, fronted to street by decorative railings and gateway of cast-iron, with ornate piers to ends having shield device. Located at centre of Rockcorry village.
