Terraced five-bay three-storey house over shop with attic, built c.1860, having an integral carriage archway to north end of front elevation and two-storey flat-roof extension to rear. Pitched fibre-cement tiled roof having black clay ridge tiles, cast-iron rooflights on rear elevation, single centrally placed smooth-rendered chimneystack, and half-round cast-iron rainwater goods on smooth-rendered eaves course. Painted, smooth rendered ruled and lined walls with single tie-plate between upper floors, and channelled render quoin strips to ends of front elevation. Roughcast render to rear elevation. Punch-finished block-and-start sandstone quoins visible to rear north-west corner. Square-headed window openings with painted stone sills, replacement uPVC frames to front and replacement timber to rear elevation. Timber shopfront has recessed square-headed shop doorway flanked by large timber-framed display windows with moulded timber sills, and with house doorway to north end. Panelled timber pilasters flank display windows and house doorway, with scrolled consoles having panelled blocks above and supporting plain fascia with fluted end pieces and painted lettering. Smooth rendered stall risers beneath moulded render sills to display windows. Shop doorway has double-leaf timber panelled door, and that to house has square-headed panelled timber door with overlight and pair of smooth rendered steps. Archway has three-centred arch with spur-stone and channelled render surround. Within passageway is square-headed panelled timber door with overlight. Detached three-bay two-storey outbuilding to rear with pitched fibre-cement slate roof and stone walls.
