Detached three-bay single-storey vernacular house with attic level, built c. 1800, having single-bay single-storey outbuilding attached to the south gable end under the same roofline. Pitched corrugated-metal roof having rendered brick chimneystack to the north gable end. Formerly thatched. Painted or limewashed rubble stone walls. Square-headed window openings with roughly squared stone sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed doorway, offset to the north side of centre, having smooth rendered reveal, battened timber door and stone threshold. Square-headed doorway to outbuilding to the south having sheet metal double-doors. Located adjacent to road in corner site/round bend in the rural landscape to the north of Pettigoe. Modern farm buildings to rear (south-west).
