Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800, with single-storey extension to rear. Pitched thatched roof with mesh over, thatch tied to stone pegs built into walls, and having two rendered chimneystacks; flat felt roof to extension. Limewashed rendered walls with square-headed openings, two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows, painted stone sills and replacement timber door. Single-storey outbuilding to northwest with pitched corrugated-iron roof having render copings, and rendered walls. Square-plan rendered piers to entrance with metal gate, associated cattle grid and timber pedestrian gate. Rubble stone garden wall to front of house.
