Freestanding rectangular-plan lime kiln, built c.1880, built into hillside and facing northeast. Field-stone walls and square-headed aperture to front with stone and steel roofing, flanked by battered walls. Single-storey field-stone structure to northwest. Earth embankment to side and rear for loading crushed limestone into kiln.
