Detached three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic level, built c. 1910, having modern single-bay single-storey flat-roofed extension to the south gable end, c. 1990. Now out of use. Pitched natural slate roof with exposed rafter ends, terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimneystacks to the gable ends, and with cast-iron rainwater goods. Decorative timber bargeboard to the north gable end. Pitched natural slate roofs to dormer openings having terracotta ridges tiles and decorative wavy timber bargeboards. Roughcast rendered walls with raised cement render block quoins to the corners of the front elevation (east). Square-headed window openings with smooth rendered reveals, and with three-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Central square-headed doorway having timber panelled door with bolection mouldings, and plain overlight. Set back from road in mature site in the rural countryside to the north of Lifford. Gateway to the north having a pair of rendered gate piers (on square-plan) having hooped wrought-iron gates. Detached single-storey outbuilding to site having pitched natural slate roof, cement rendered walls and square-headed openings.
