Detached five-bay two-storey house, built c. 1860, two-storey return with attached two-storey extension, traces of former integrated pitched single-storey structure to north gable, now disused. Half-hipped tiled roof, pitched roof to return and flat-roof to extension, roughcast chimneystacks with clay pots to gable ends but below ridge level, replacement rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with pilaster quoins and smooth rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings over painted concrete sills, remnant timber two-over-two horned timber sash windows with internal timber panelled shutters. Round-headed recessed door opening with thin raised plaster surround, fanlight over plinth and Doric columns with original timber panelled door. Set within own grounds with hoop iron gates and fence to south. Four-bay single-storey outbuilding to south-west with pitched corrugated roof, concrete coping and gable end finial. Remnant limewash to rubble stone walls with red brick quoins, with square-headed window and door openings, remnant timber framed two-over-two horned sash window and timber framed matchboard door. Five-bay single-storey outbuilding to north-west with pitched corrugated roof, concrete and red brick eaves course, remnant limewash to rubble stone walls, square-headed window and door openings, timber lintels, red brick reveals, roughly dressed stone sills, timber shutter.
