What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900. Pitched cement tile roof with concrete copings, replacement rainwater goods, and rendered chimneystacks to gables with clay pots. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth raised rendered quoins. Square-headed window openings with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows, having decorative render surrounds to front elevation, and concrete sills. Square-headed timber panelled doors with overlights and decorative rendered surrounds. Set on elevated site, with concrete retaining wall. Two-storey and single-storey outbuildings, and thatched house to north.
