Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1900, with two-bay two-storey return to rear and single-storey conservatory extension to gable. Pitched artificial slate roof with gable ended yellow brick chimneystacks with cornice and terracotta pots to main house. Pitched slate roof with red brick gable end chimneystack with cornice to rear return. Replacement rainwater goods. Smooth rendered ruled-and-lined walls with smooth rendered block-and-start quoins and continuous hoodmoulding incorporating keystone detail to ground and first floors. Square-headed window openings with tripartite windows to ground floor comprising four-over-four timber sash windows and two-over-two timber sashes with two tone coloured glass panes and painted sills with six-over-six timber sashes over; one-over-one with margin lights over door. Square-headed door opening with double leaf glazed timber door with glazed overlight. Set within own grounds with farmyard complex with extensive outbuildings to rear and earlier house (see 40903919) to the east.
