Detached three-bay single-storey with half-dormer attic house, built c. 1880 with single-storey canted bays flanking entrance. Pitched slate roof with blue-black roll clay ridge tiles, rectangular brick chimneystacks with moulded cornice to gables, timber fascia to eaves, decorative timber bargeboards to gables and dormers, carved finials to dormers. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings, two-over-two timber horned sash windows flanked by single pane sashes to canted bays; timber six pane casement over front door; paired timber six pane casements to dormers; all with projecting rendered reveals and sills. Square-headed door opening, with timber bolection moulded flat panelled double-leaf door surmounted by tripartite overlight, splayed moulded rendered surrounds with rounded top corners, door set in open porch with projecting canopy with moulded cornice on two rendered cylindrical columns. House set back from road, overlooking Lough Swilly. Site bounded by roughcast rendered rubble stone wall with projecting flat concrete coping. Cast-iron double gates with fleur-de-lys finials on cast-iron posts, set into rectangular roughcast rendered piers with chamfered plinth and stepped pyramidal cap with round finial on moulded string, architrave and cornice, flanked by concave roughcast rendered walls with projecting saddle-backed rendered coping, and outer rectangular piers with rendered stepped pyramidal cap with round finial on moulded string, architrave and cornice.
