Detached three-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1820, having windbreak entrance. Pitched straw thatched roof with raised ridge, rendered copings and rendered chimneystacks to gables, and with flat rendered roof to windbreak. Smooth rendered walls. Square-headed openings with painted concrete sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows, and timber panelled door. Dwelling under construction to north.
