Detached three-bay single storey with attic level house, built c. 1910, having central single-bay gable-fronted entrance porch to the front elevation (south). Possibly originally built as a local authority house, now in use as a private house with modern single-storey addition to the rear (north). Pitched natural slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods, exposed rafter ends, and with smooth rendered chimneystacks to the gable ends (east and west. Pitched natural slate roof to porch having painted timber bargeboards. Roughcast rendered walls over smooth rendered plinth course. Square-headed window openings smooth rendered reveals, painted stone (?) sills, and with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed doorway to porch having replacement battened timber door with glass panel, and plain overlight. Set slightly back from road in an elevated site to the west end of Rathmullan. Raised concrete plinth to front having modern metal railings and flight of cement rendered steps from road to the south.
