Attached two-bay two-storey over basement level (to rear) house, built c. 1860. One of a terrace along with its neighbours to either side. Pitched fibre-cement tiled roof with red brick chimneystack to south gable end having red brick stringcourse, rendered coping, terracotta pots; cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered architrave surrounds, one-over-one pane horned timber sliding sash windows, and painted concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with rendered architrave surround, plinth blocks, and timber panelled door. Fronts directly onto street, located to west side of Malin Street to north-west of Moville town centre.
