Ruled-and-lined rendered walls with plat band below moulded cornice, raised render quoins. Stone and concrete sills to square-headed windows with moulded render architrave, one-over-one timber sash windows. Cast-iron window guards to ground floor. Doorcase with moulded render architrave and raised cornice, four panelled bolection panelled door with glazed panel and glazed overlight. Opening directly on to street.
