Freestanding mausoleum in stripped Classical style, built c.1820, set within Church of Ireland graveyard. Roof comprising two single engraved ashlar limestone slabs, rear slab sitting higher, with projecting cornice course below roof slab. Ashlar limestone main elevation on bevelled stone plinth, taller lower courses. Chamfered recess with engraved stone commemorating John Henry Maudsley died 1819 to upper centre, visible outline of missing grave stone or opening below. Ashlar limestone side and rear walls, high ground embankment to rear and sloping to sides. Ashlar retaining walls flanking front elevation.
