Detached single-storey stone boathouse, built c. 1870. Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, no rainwater goods, brick eaves corbel course. Uncoursed rubble stone walling, painted horizontally-sheeted timber infill to gables. Square-headed door openings to east and west elevations, slatted timber doors. Steps descend to boat mooring. South gable end open to lake. Situated in parkland on lake shore.
