Detached three-bay single-storey thatched house, built c. 1880. Flat-roofed porch to main (west) elevation, with flat-roofed extension north c. 1970. Pitched thatched roof, diamond-pattern scalloping to ridge, painted smooth-rendered chimneystack, painted concrete skews. Painted smooth-rendered walling. Square-headed window openings, painted stone sills, painted timber casements c. 1990. Square-headed door opening in porch, painted timber door c. 1990, cut-stone door step. Stone flag paving to frontage, painted smooth-rendered boundary wall fronting road.
