Detached three-bay two-storey over basement rendered house, built c. 1860. Rectangular plan to main house, two-storey return to north-east, single-storey garden room to north end of north-east wing with canted bay, one-and-a-half storey return to north-west, single-storey wing to west gable containing rear entrance. Hipped and pitched slate roofs, clay ridge tiles, brick chimneystacks with stepped cappiing and yellow clay pots c. 1995, gabled dormer with painted timber barges to north-west wing, half-round cast-iron gutters at eaves course, cast-iron down pipes. Unpainted roughcast walling. Square-headed window openings, painted smooth-rendered slightly projecting reveals, dressed stone sills, painted one-over-one timber sash windows, six-over-six to north-east wing, two-over-two to north-west wing. Round-headed main entrance door opening, painted, moulded smooth-rendered surround, painted timber double doors each with single oblong raised-and-fielded panel, plain-glazed fanlight, limestone steps with flanking walls curving outwards to bull nose. Driveway and lawn, gravelled paths, hooped wrought-iron gate on cast-iron posts, wooded setting.
