Detached single-bay single-storey stone boat house, built c. 1880. Pitched slate roof, crested clay ridge tiles, concrete verges to south gable, painted timber projecting barges to north gable. Rubble limestone walling. Square-headed window opening over double doors to south gable, timber lintel missing, brick window jamb, window missing. Square-headed door openings, squared limestone reveals, timber lintel with brick relieving arch over to south gable, brick arch to north gable, painted vertically-sheeted timber doors. Stone-paved slipway to south with dry stone flanking walls, wrought-iron gate on cast-iron posts to south-east corner. Set into hillside on edge of field overlooking Ballysadare Bay with Knocknarea mountain to north.
