Detached three- or five-bay single-storey house with dormer attic, built 1855, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting breakfront; pair of single-bay (single-bay deep) single-storey returns centred on single-bay (single-bay deep) single-storey return (north). Occupied, 1901; 1911. Disused, 2004. Pitched slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on pitched (gabled) slate roof (breakfront) with pair of pitched slate roofs centred on hipped slate roof (north), roll moulded clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks on rendered bases on axis with ridge having cut-limestone chamfered capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pots, quatrefoil-detailed decorative timber bargeboards to gables on timber purlins, and no rainwater goods surviving on slightly overhanging exposed timber rafters. Rendered walls on drag edged tooled cut-limestone chamfered cushion course on drag edged tooled limestone ashlar plinth with drag edged tooled cut-limestone quoins to corners. Square-headed window opening in tripartite arrangement (breakfront) with drag edged tooled cut-limestone chamfered flush sill, timber mullions, and concealed dressings with hood moulding framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window opening in tripartite arrangement (gable) with drag edged tooled cut-limestone sill, timber mullions, and concealed dressings with hood moulding framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Pairs of square-headed window openings with drag edged tooled cut-limestone chamfered flush sills, and concealed dressings with hood mouldings framing two-over-two timber sash windows.
