Detached four-bay single-storey thatched dwelling, built c. 1860. Shallow gabled porch projecting from south (front) elevation. Rye straw thatch roof, diamond-patterned scalloped ridge, painted concrete skews, painted smooth-rendered chimneystacks. Limewashed smooth-rendered walling. Square-headed window openings, painted stone sills, painted one-over-one timber sash windows c. 2000. Square-headed door opening, varnished hardwood vertically-sheeted door c. 2000. Bitmac frontage to road, wooded setting, at crossroads.
