What is recorded here

Detached three-bay single-storey with attic rendered house, built c. 1870. Central full-height gabled porch, single-storey canted bay windows to north and south gables, single-storey lean-to extension to rear (east), single-storey pitched-roofed extension beyond. Pitched artificial slate roof c. 2000, clay ridge tiles, painted smooth-rendered corbelled chimneystacks, overhanging verges with painted timber sheeted soffits and carved decorative bargeboards, extruded profiled aluminium gutters on projecting painted timber eaves. Painted smooth-rendered walling, projecting plinth, flat smooth-rendered pilasters to corners, painted sill course. Square-headed window openings, hood-mouldings, painted four-over-four coupled timber sash windows to ground floor, uPVC casement windows to upper floor. Tudor-arched door opening, painted smooth-rendered chamfered surround, uPVC door, sidelight and fanlight c. 2000, recessed panel and blank shield plaque over. Set in grounds with long lawn to west, split gravelled driveway, painted roughcast boundary wall, decorative wrought-iron gates.
