Terraced one-bay three-storey rendered house, built c. 1860. Part of a terrce of four. Pitched slate roof, half-round metal gutters on drive-in brackets on corbelled eaves course. Painted smooth-rendered ruled-and-lined walling. Square-headed window openings, painted masonry sills, aluminium casement windows. Round-headed entrance, painted timber panelled door c. 1985, plain-glazed fanlight, stone door steps. Street fronted on hill.
