Pitched artificial slate roof c. 2000, rendered chimneystack, square profile gutters, cast-iron downpipe. Exposed squared limestone walls. Square-headed window openings to upper floors, brick dressings, painted reveals, painted stone sills, uPVC casement windows c. 2000. Triple round-headed window openings to ground floor to east, fixed pane painted timber windows c. 2000. Round-headed entrance, limestone surround, plain-glazed fanlight, hardwood panelled door c. 2000. Three stone steps to entrance. Street fronted, located to east of neigbouring church grounds.
