Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, unpainted rendered corbelled chimneystack, cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered walls and base plinth. Square-headed window openings, painted stone sills, uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening, tooled limestone plinth blocks, door boarded up. Street fronted with alley to west.
