Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, unpainted smooth-rendered corbelled chimneystack, painted timber dormer window with decorative barges on bracketed corbels, cast-iron gutters, cast-iron downpipe. Painted smooth-rendered ruled-and-lined walls, moulded cornice and blocking course to bay. Square-headed window openings, moulded dressings to first floor, painted stone sills, uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening, moulded surround, painted timber four-panel door with original ironmongery, plain-glazed overlight, two stone steps from street. Small garden separates house from street, tubular metal railings on painted smooth render plinth wall.
