Detached three-bay two-storey house with attic, built c.1800, with extensions to rear, now abutting two-storey house to east. Pitched tiled roof with dormer windows and rendered chimneystacks. Ruled-and-lined render to walls with quoins and plinth. uPVC windows with stone sills. Timber panelled door with petal fanlight. Tooled block-and-start surround with keystone, approached by limestone step. Two two-storey outbuildings to rear. Wrought-iron gates to yard with cast-iron spear headed side gates. House set back slightly from street with cast-iron railings on limestone plinth.
