Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1838, on a rectangular plan with shopfront to ground floor. Reroofed, ----. Now disused. One of a pair. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Roughcast walls with rusticated rendered piers to ends. Rendered shopfront to ground floor on a symmetrical plan centred on replacement glazed timber door having overlight. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with sills, and rendered surrounds framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
