Detached four-bay single-storey direct entry thatched farmhouse with dormer attic, extant 1894, with single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting glazed porch. Renovated. Pitched roof with replacement straw thatch, rope twist above exposed hazel or sally lattice stretchers to raised ridge having exposed scallops, cement rendered dwarf chimney stack having stringcourse below chamfered capping, and concrete coping to gables on "bas-relief" kneelers. Roughcast battered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows. Square-headed opposing door openings with fittings not visible. Set in landscaped grounds perpendicular to road with rendered piers to perimeter having stepped capping supporting "sunburst" gate.
