Gateway, extant 1838, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of limestone ashlar piers on chamfered plinths having "Cavetto"-detailed cornices below shallow pyramidal capping supporting spear head-detailed cast-iron double gates with limestone ashlar outer piers on benchmark-inscribed chamfered plinths having "Cavetto"-detailed cornices below shallow pyramidal capping. Now disused. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Annefield House.
