Detached four-bay single-storey direct entry thatched house, extant 1894, originally two-bay single-storey[?]. Extended, post-1930, producing present composition. Extensively renovated, 2002. Replacement pitched Turkish reed thatch roof on corrugated-iron base on collared timber construction with exposed lattice stretchers to raised ridge having blind scallops, cement rendered chimney stack having concrete capping supporting terracotta pot, and concrete coping to gables. Replacement cement rendered battered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement timber casement windows. Square-headed opposing door openings with concealed dressings framing replacement glazed timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled doors. Set in landscaped grounds perpendicular to road.
