Detached three-bay two-storey house, post-1917, on a symmetrical plan centred on single-bay single-storey projecting glazed porch to ground floor. Now disused. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining some cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls on rendered chamfered plinth. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing glazed timber panelled door having sidelights on panelled risers. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in unkempt landscaped grounds with rendered piers to perimeter having capping supporting wrought iron double gates.
